We are building a positive and supportive community for anime fans. Our goal is to create a space where individuality and diverse opinions are respected as human beings and as anime fans. We are all here to enjoy anime and share our passions, so let’s be decent human beings and love (friendly love) one another.
Our community is for you if;
- You can respect other people’s opinions especially when they don’t align with yours. If One Piece is your number 1 anime and One Piece is mid to another person, both of you are right.
- You are mature or can act mature in the community.

The Role You Have To Play
We are building a positive and supportive anime community for Nigerian anime fans, however, nothing goes as planned in this world as Madara would say. Some people will break the rules, act immature or indecent in the community. It is to be expected. This is where you come in…
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
Evil wins when good people do nothing to stop it. This emphasises the idea that when no one speaks up, evil will continue to run rampant. If anyone breaks the rules, does something immature or indecent, don’t think twice before reporting to an admin. Grab a screenshot and let us know. We will handle it and do what is necessary. You can message any of the admins and message another admin if one is unavailable or being biased. Our very goal of building a positive anime community is dependent on this one action.
The All-Powerful Student Council
The Student Council is a group of otakus that govern Anime Nigeria including it’s communities and digital platforms. The Student Council Members are admins on most community groups, and the Student Council President is an admin on all community groups. Everything that happens in the community is handled by the Student Council Members and spearheaded by the Student Council President.
You should know who they are so you don’t make the same mistake Rudeus made when he encountered the dragon god Orsted.

- Our community guilds have their respected niches, don’t take discussions outside those niches.
- We don’t tolerate bullying, insults, any form of offensive and hostile behaviour even if they are masked as a joke or friendly banter.
- We don’t permit promotional links without an admin’s approval.
- We especially do not tolerate sexual advances or pervasive behaviours towards female otakus.
- We don’t tolerate spamming community members or guilds.
- We don’t tolerate posting suggestive or sexual content.
- We don’t tolerate disrespect in any form or level against an admin.
- We don’t tolerate forcing your opinion on others or belittling their opinions.
- Not all rules can be mentioned or covered here. In general, be a decent, mature, and good human being.
- We don’t tolerate tagging of the group in your status.
The Otaku Guild
Otaku Guild is the foundation of our anime community. If you are looking for a relaxed space to ease into the fandom, this is your starting point. The atmosphere here is welcoming and completely pressure free. We know life can get busy, so there is no penalty for being a ghost member who just wants to read the chat.
